Jim Bunnell, CEO & CIO
Mr. Bunnell is the President and CEO of Total Network Solutions, a Southern California-based IT services company whose focus is in IT Managed Services for the small, medium, and enterprise business segments. Mr. Bunnells’ experience has always been in the information technology industry. He possesses a diverse background and knowledge base in both hardware and software, and among various technology platforms. This allows him to be a valuable resource for his clients from the assessment and development of their strategic technology initiatives and roadmaps to overseeing and managing the actual deployment of those initiatives.
Total Network Solutions services many verticals, including, law enforcement, marine terminals, state and local government agencies to name a few.
Masy Bunnell, COO
As Chief Operating Officer, Masy assesses and directs daily operations and finances at TNS. While her path to IT was non-traditional, ultimately it was her organizational and operations management skills that led her to TNS. Prior to accepting the role of COO, Masy helped organize and run political campaigns. This experience, which ranged from volunteering and communications to operations and finance, turned out to be very similar to overseeing a business. The importance of a strong organizational structure and process of establishing efficient operations followed her to TNS.
Not a typical COO, Masy shuns the stereotypical “corner office.” She is much more comfortable communicating directly with clients to make sure they are getting the services and support they need. As a result, her days typically include a combination of company management and customer support activities.
A native Texan, Masy and her family moved to California at the age of thirteen. Not surprising, Masy earned a degree in Political Science from California State – Long Beach
When not overseeing TNS Operations, issues, Masy and husband Jim are more than content to spend time at home with their children, Sophia, Parker and Scarlett.
